Python code of a Reassigned Constant-Q Transform
Reassigned time-frequency representations have a much better time-frequency resolution than the traditional tools.
The Constant-Q Transform is a casual tool in audio processing that gives a time-frequency representation well tuned
for musical signals.
The proposed code is a reassigned version of the Constant-Q Transform. It is a (slow) Python implementation, whose main interest
is to show the gain in resolution when using a reassigned representation.
My company sells binaries that perform the exact same calculation with a tremendous gain in computation time. These binaries
perform parallel computing if several processing units are available.
Do not hesitate to get in touch with me if you are interested in purchasing them.
